Due to the nature of our beauty and wellness products, we do not accept returns. This policy helps us ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene — for you, for our products, and for every customer we serve.

Refund & Replacement Policy
While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds or replacements in cases where an order has not arrived, is delivered incorrectly, or arrives damaged.
We handle each case individually and will work with you to reach the best possible outcome that suits both you and us.
- If your order is marked as lost, never arrives, or shows no delivery progress up to and including the expected delivery date, you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the expected delivery date.
- If your package is delivered to the wrong address or shows no tracking updates by the expected delivery date, please notify us immediately and no later than 24 hours after the expected delivery date.
- If an item arrives damaged — such as visibly cracked, leaking, or broken seal — please send clear photos of the product and packaging. Once confirmed, please dispose of the damaged items responsibly.
- Damaged items will not be refunded or replaced without photographed proof of damages, and images must be timestamped with the date of arrival.
- If items are missing from your order, please send photos showing the full order received along with packaging for verification. All images must be timestamped with the date of arrival.
- No refund or replacement will be accepted if not notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- All packages must be signed for by the original purchasing party for the refund or replacement to be eligible in the case of damage or missing items.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- In cases where only some items in an order are affected, partial refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion.
- Decisions about any refund or replacement can take up to 7 business days. You will receive confirmation of our decision via email. Once confirmed, standard refund processing times and usual order fulfillment and shipping schedules will apply, unless otherwise agreed.
